Benefits package for grant-paid employees

Forms for new employees

• Registered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP)听
  
  • Grant holders must provide eligible Grant-Paid employees the option to contribute to the RRSP. If opting into the RRSP, the grant holder must听match the employee's selected听contribution听rate of听3%, 4%, or听5%. If enrolling in the RRSP, there is a two-step process.
    • Step 1: Complete the (login required)
    • Step 2: Complete the Manulife RRSP Enrollment

• Optional forms
  • • This form is required if an employee wishes to enroll in optional benefits.
  • Long-Term Disability
    • is required if an employees wishes to apply for long-term disability 31 days after their hire date.
