Sekou Kouyate

In 2003, S茅kou Kouyat茅 completed his MA in Sociology of Social and Economic Develeopment. He was in charge of the sociological component of a FAR (Forward African Resource) project on the social and environmental impacts. In 2005, Kouyate studied English at l'Universit茅 Cheick Anta Diop de Dakar. During this time, he conducted research with SFI (Soci茅t茅 Financi猫re Internationale, World Bank, French Agency of Development).

During this time, his research focused on the following areas:

  • Types of local development (the role of women in decision-making processes)
  • Evaluation of personal development opportunities for women and their participation in decision-making - challenges and potential solutions

In 2016, Kouyate became a research assistant at the Laboratoire d'Analyse Socio-Anthropologique de Guin茅e (LASAG), studying in MASDEL at the Universit茅 de Sonfonia in Paris where he received funding from 新澳门六合彩 to research clinical trials as part of the grant "Global Vaccine Logics." He has also been working as a research assistant and coordintator for the Humanitarian Health Ethics Research Group's activities in Guinea:聽
