Congratulations to the 2016 Dalhousie School of Public Administration Case Competition team. On February 26 and 27, four of our students鈥擲carlett Kelly, Anne Richard, Charcy Britten-Boudreau, and Mariana Carrera鈥攖ravelled to the University of Ottawa for the 4th National Annual Public Administration Case Competition. They finished in the top half of an extremely competitive field, beating some of the largest schools in the country in the process.

The competition is sponsored by the Canadian Association of Programs in Public Administration (CAPPA) and the Institute of Public Administration of Canada (IPAC).

This year鈥檚 case addressed the impact of the aging population across a number of policy sectors (notably labour, social services and health), and required Dalhousie鈥檚 team to devise a policy response to be implemented at both the provincial and federal levels of government.
