The National Day of Healing and Reconciliation (NDHR) is an initiative meant to effect healing and reconciliation among all races, creeds, and denominations now residing in Canada.听鈥婲DHR shifted its day of healing from May 26 to June 11 in 2010, to acknowledge the second anniversary of Canada鈥檚 apology to IRS Survivors. However communities and groups across Canada continue to host events and activities at various times throughout the year.听鈥�
