The Learning Needs Survey was sent to all NSGEU 77 members last spring. The NSGEU 77 Professional Development Committee who developed the survey were very pleased with the 21% response rate. 听Here is what the survey revealed:
Of the seven , the top 3 competencies people would like to develop over the next year are: 1) Communication 2) Knowledge & Thinking Skills and 3) Self-awareness and Professionalism
The top 3 ranked training topics of most interest are: 1) Conflict Resolution 2) Time Management and Computer Training (tie) and 3) Managing and Embracing Change
